Insights within the development of cutting edge novel therapeutics

With technology advancing, more possibilities appear for treating conditions that had no treatment before, or to treat conditions more efficiently. Examples are the mRNA vaccines that played an important role in controlling the Covid pandemic and the developments around stem cell research for the potential treatment of a wide variety of devastating diseases. In this lecture, an overview of the developments and potential of both ‘novel’ tools in the biopharmaceutical field that are being worked on at our member Brightlands Campus.
