Growth Across Borders

The Growth Across Borders event brings together companies from Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium to support Euregional cooperation in the life sciences and BioMedTech sector. Growth Across Borders 2025 invites you to company visits, workshops on euregional topics, specialist presentations, panel discussions, matchmaking and networking.

On October 30, 2024, the first Growth Across Borders Conference took place in Maastricht with great success and brought together over 70 participants from the life science regions of Aachen, the province of Limburg (NL), Belgian Limburg and the province of Liège. In the course of the scientific contributions and interdisciplinary discussions, the following aspects were given special consideration:

• Strengths of the region – Why is cross-border cooperation essential?
• Highlights of the regions – What unique potential do the regions offer?
• Young companies report – Success stories of international cooperation.
• Guided tours through the R&D areas of Medtronic (NL).
